Don't force yourself to work.
This is one of the fastest routes to burnout and misery! If you really don't feel in the mood and no matter what you do you just can't get down to work here's what I recommend:
- Take a short break
- Do something that completely takes your mind off of revision and exams (favourite movie clip or sports are usually good)...
- Revisit your work and start with the easiest most enjoyable task you can find.
Find some momentum then build on it. Don't take a break until you feel the momentum go away. Momentum is gold!
