The papers we’ve shared below are in similar style to those typically delivered as 11 plus assessments by Hipperholme Grammar School, West Yorkshire.

New 11+ practice papers are sent out via email every Friday. You can sign up to receive these, every week, using the form above.

Exam Information

Exam style — Schools own exam.

Exam types:

• Maths

• English

• Non-Verbal Reasoning

Exam lengths — English exam consists of 2x 45 minutes of creative writing and comprehension + 15 minutes of punctuation and grammar questions.

Pass mark —  There is no fixed pass mark for the exam.

Other exam information:

• Parents and pupils are invited to visit on open tour mornings held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.

• The assessment exams will be held in late November in year 6.

• Following the exam, a family interview will take place in November/December with a senior staff member.
