New 11+ practice papers are sent out via email every Friday. You can sign up to receive these, every week, using the form above.
Exam Information
Exam style — School’s own exam.
Exam types:
English
Maths
Non-Verbal Reasoning
Exam length — 1x 1 hour English paper +1x 45 minute maths paper + an unknown length NVR paper.
Pass mark — There is no fixed pass-mark for the admission test. On completion of the test, all candidates will receive an age adjusted and standardized score.
Other exam information:
A non-refundable fee of £50 is paid for registration.
The mathematics paper will examine familiarity in a number of skills including solving mathematical problems. No calculators are allowed during the exam.
The English paper will examine comprehension skills, creativity and accuracy. It consists of long and short answer questions and will involve a creative writing task.
Informal interviews will also be conducted by the headmistress.
