New 11+ practice papers are sent out via email every Friday. You can sign up to receive these, every week, using the form above.

Exam Information

Exam style — School’s own exam.

Exam types:

  • Maths

  • English

Exam length: 2x 45 minutes exams.

Pass mark — There is no fixed pass mark for the exam.

Interviews — Applicants will have a short interview with one of the school’s senior leadership team.

Other exam and entry information: 

  • The English paper is made up of a reading comprehension task and a piece of creative writing.

  • Students and parents are encouraged to attend an open morning/open evening/school at work day. This is an opportunity to view the school, talk to our pupils, and meet the school’s staff.

  • A child's current school report will be requested as part of the assessment process.

  • The entrance exam will be held in the January of year 6.

  • Applicants with satisfactory entrance test results, interviews, school reports, academic progress, and grade predictions will be considered.
