New 11+ practice papers are sent out via email every Friday. You can sign up to receive these, every week, using the form above.

Exam Information

Exam style — School’s own exam.

Exam types:

  • Mathematics

  • English

  • Non-Verbal Reasoning

Exam length — Unknown.

Pass mark — There is no fixed pass mark for the admissions test.

Other exam and entry information: 

  • Applications must be submitted online before the closing date, along with a non-refundable fee of £50.

  • The assessment exams are held in the January of year 6.

  • Braeside will request a confidential reference and report from the applicant's current school.

  • Applicants and their parents will all be invited to sit an interview with the Headmistress.

  • The applicant and parents will be given a tour of the school following the assessment exam.

  • The acceptance letters will be sent out by the half-term break in February.
