11 Plus Preparation Resources For Hereford Cathedral School
Exam Information
Exam style — School’s own exam.
Exam types:
English
Maths
Exam length — 2x 1 hour exams.
Interviews — An interview will take place with a member of staff as part of the admissions process.
Pass mark — There is no fixed pass mark for the admissions test.
Other exam and entry information:
The English exam is split into two sections:
Section A: Reading, Comprehension and Inference (30 minutes)
Section B: Creative Writing- Content, Structure and Accuracy (30 minutes)
All exams and interviews take place in January.
There is a non-refundable registration fee of £75.
A taster day can be arranged on request of the pupil.
