Exam Information
Exam style — CAT4 and school’s own exam.
Exam types:
English
CAT4 (verbal, non-verbal, spatial and quantitative reasoning)
Exam length — 72 minutes.
The CAT4 test is composed of 8 short tests assessing the following subsections of the four areas above:

Number Analogies (10 mins)

Other exam and entry information:
A non-refundable registration fee of £25 is payable to the school.
CAT4 is an online assessment that examines the child’s cognitive abilities and skills in verbal, non-verbal, spatial and numerical reasoning.
The English paper tests creative writing.
The entrance examinations will take place on the taster day.
Recent school reports from the candidate’s previous school will be required.
Entry to the school is dependent on a successful performance on the entrance examination, interview and on the school report provided.
