The papers we’ve shared below are in similar style to those typically delivered as 11 plus assessments by Sir William Perkins's School, Surrey

New 11+ practice papers are sent out via email every Friday. You can sign up to receive these, every week, using the form above.

Exam style — School’s own exam

Exam types:

Exam length — 1x 60-minute English exam and 1x 45 minute maths exam.

Pass mark — The pass mark is unknown, but there are only 30 places available for entry into Year 7 each year.

Other exam information:

The entrance exams take place in the January of year 6.
The English exam is made up of a comprehension and a writing section.
The maths exam is non-calculator. The first section tests general maths skills. The second focuses on problem-solving. All maths questions align with the national curriculum and are multiple choice.
The assessment application form must be filled out either online or on paper and mailed to the school by the end of October in year 6. A non-refundable registration fee of £100 is required.
Parents will receive an application pack in mid-November that explains the layout of the exam day.
