11 Plus Preparation Resources For The Kingsley School
Exam Information
Exam style — School’s own exam.
Exam types:
Mathematics
English
Verbal Reasoning
Exam length — 2x 45 minute exams (maths and verbal reasoning) + 70 minute exam (English).
Pass mark — There is no fixed pass mark for the admissions test.
Other exam and entry information:
The online registration form must be filled out before the closing date alongside a non-refundable registration fee of £74.
The assessment exams are held in the October of Year 6.
The English exam consists of comprehension and writing questions.
Taster days are held in September.
The Kingsley School will request a confidential reference from the applicant's current school.
The applicant will be invited to sit an interview with a senior staff member.
Offers will be sent to successful candidates by mid-February, and the acceptance forms must be returned one month after receiving it. The non-refundable mandatory deposit fee of £500.
