The dates of the Specialized High School Admissions Test (SHSAT) in New York City for 2025 can be found below. There are a couple of possible dates for each exam, which will depend on the location where your child will be sitting the test.

When is the SHSAT in 2025? 🗓️

The 2025 SHSAT will be held in late October/early November, with specific test dates assigned by the NYC Department of Education. Test dates may vary slightly depending on your child’s school, age and borough.

Students will receive a test ticket from their school indicating the exact date, time, and location of their exam. 🎟️
