Exam Information
Exam style — School’s own exam.
Exam types:
English
Maths
Exam length — Unknown.
Pass mark — There is no fixed pass-mark for the admission test. On completion of the test, all candidates will receive an age adjusted and standardized score.
Other exam information:
A school report and references from the child’s current school is required as a part of the admission process
Entry to the school is dependent on the child’s performance on the entrance exams and the submitted progress report.
Candidates will take part in creative tasks where they will be assessed on a taster day. Their behaviour and conduct will also be observed.
Parents are required to also submit details about the candidate’s talents, interests and achievements outside of school and these will be taken into consideration alongside the entrance assessment.
The headteacher will interview all candidates.
The entrance examinations take in the January of year 6.
