CEM SELECT ONLINE FAMILIARISATION TEST

Online Test

Exam Information

Exam style — School’s own exam and CEM Select.

Exam types:

  • English

  • Mathematics

  • CEM Select (verbal reasoning, non-verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning)

Exam length — Unknown.

Interviews — Applicants will be interviewed by a member of staff as part of the admissions process.

Pass mark — There is no fixed pass mark for the exams.

Other exam and entry information: 

  • The CEM Select is an online assessment that tests verbal reasoning, non-verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning.

  • Applications must be submitted online, alongside a registration fee of £75.

  • The application deadline is usually in October.

  • The entrance assessments take place in the November of year 6.

  • Candidates will be required to bring a piece of school work with them on the day of assessment to discuss in their interview.

  • A school report from the candidates’ previous school will be requested.

  • There will be scholarship and bursary opportunities.
