New 11+ practice papers are sent out via email every Friday. You can sign up to receive these, every week, using the form at the top of the page.
Exam Information
Exam style — CEM Select and school written exams.
Exam types:
English
Mathematics
CEM select
Exam length — 2 hours.
Pass mark — No definitive pass mark.
Other exam information —
The English paper usually consists of writing skills, comprehension passages, punctuation, vocabulary and spelling.
For the school’s maths exam, the child’s arithmetic and problem-solving skills are assessed. A general maths paper include measurement, geometry, Statistics and number.
The school also uses the CEM Select exam to assess verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning and non-verbal reasoning through a series of short online tests.
Interviews are also conducted by a senior staff member and with a parent present.
